Immigration compliance continues to be a complex and evolving issue, particularly amid increased worksite enforcement activity and heightened scrutiny of employment authorization requirements. This webinar will explore the current immigration enforcement landscape and its implications for employers, including considerations related to Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), I-9 compliance, reverification obligations, and workforce disruptions caused by authorization gaps.
