Purpose
For individuals working in older adult services settings, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought out powerful sets of emotions that have been layered upon one another, compounded, then sustained over time. Uncertainty and disruption have become the norm and everyone is just trying to figure out how to handle changes as best they can. This webinar is designed to equip and empower staff with essential self-care tools that will enhance their health and well-being.
