PURPOSE
Minnesota’s new Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) law, Minn. Stat. 181.9445 to 181.9448, is effective on Jan. 1, 2024. Join us to understand how to implement the requirements of Minnesota’s new law in your setting, including how to update existing policies and handle attendance policies to stay in compliance.
